Let Only

At 360 RESIDENTIAL, our Let Only service is perfect for landlords who have previous experience in letting their property, or for those who prefer to adopt a hands on approach when it comes to their property and tenants.

With this option, the landlord is the main point of contact for the tenant in dealing with telephone calls, rent collection and the subsequent work thereafter. The role that 360 RESIDENTIAL plays is finding the tenant most suitable for your property. As well as advertising it, we conduct the viewing appointments, feeding back relevant information to the landlord.

Furthermore, we complete all the necessary credit checks and references, as well as undertaking the paperwork, application forms, identification and guarantor if required. Finally, we draw up the contract, secure the deposit for the landlord paid directly into their own bank account, before handing over to the property owner to oversee the running of the contract.

Managed Service

The most popular option when it comes to letting, our managed service is favoured by landlords who prefer to enjoy the benefits of renting their property, without having to be too involved. This service gives you back your time, freeing you from all the commitments that come with being the main point of contact for the tenant.

Managed Service Options

With this option, in addition to the services provided in the above 'Let Only' option:

  • Collect the rent, pay it into the Landlord's bank account.
  • Complete an inventory report prior to the tenant moving in.
  • Sort out maintenance throughout the tenancy.
  • Complete regular inspections.
  • Deal with pre-checkout and end of tenancy requirements such as final inspection of the property and transfer of deposit.
